Returns Policy
We will exchange an item upon request if:
The product packaging is broken, or
the quality of the product is bad.
If you need to exchange an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to exchange.
We will request pictures of the problem with the product before agreeing to an exchange or refund.
Shipping
Note: You have the option to pick up your order at the farm and save on shipping costs. Items can be picked up at the times specified when you are notified that your order is ready.
We use USPS because that is the easiest option for us at the present.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are size and weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
